Growing up, I was annoyed with my flat head in the back. Thus, I was always on the lookout for ways to make my head look rounder in the back. Since I am trying to grow out my hair now, I find myself doing lots of ponytail in recent weeks. Instead of a simple ponytail, I am rocking a knotted style ponytail to add interest and volume to the back of my head. Many gal pals liked this idea so I thought to share this trick.
How To:
-Divided hair into 2 sections, upper and lower halves.
-Then divining the upper half into 2 equal sections vertically.
-Take one of the section and divide into 2, tie a simple knot, and secure with a clip.
-Repeat with the other side.
-Remove both clips and pull all the hair together and secure with an elastic band to create pony tail.
I wanted a lower ponytail for this occasion but if you like a higher ponytail, just tie the knots higher and pull all the hair together higher. Do you have a special ponytail style to share??
Cute!
