Glamglow Mud Review

After the Neiman Marcus Beauty Event, all the guests received a goodies bag which included a sample size of Glamglow Mud. As I am a big fan mud masks, I tried it out immediately. First I will say it is one of the best smelling mud I have tried in a while. The mask is slightly sage green in color and I can see sandy grains of volcanic rock, and tea leaf. After the application, my skin tightened and tingled slightly, all within comfort level. After about 10 minutes, I added some water to my finger tips and massaged my face in circular motion to exfoliate. I was overly zealous when massaging my face because my skin became slightly irritated. As the mud contain volcanic rock grains, however small the particles, it is wise to be gentle. I don't think my face radiated, but it did feel clean and very soft and silk.
According to the company product description:
Designed for Hollywood’s Entertainment, Music, Fashion and Award industries for camera-ready soft glowing skin. Dredged off the coast of Southern France, home to glamorous Cannes, St. Tropez and Monaco. GLAMGLOW is an amazing rapid gentle exfoliant mud mask for men and women, high in ancient volcanic pumice rock, super antioxidants and minerals.
GLAMGLOW activates moisturizing ‘collagen synthesis’, revitalizing complexion for illuminating, brighter radiant skin. Penetrates and softens wrinkles and fine lines leaving the skin smooth, supple, Glamorous and Glowing. GLAMGLOW helps correct discoloration and improve skin’s texture.
Would I buy it at $69 per jar? I say yes. This way, I can just have facial at home instead. Have you tried it and what is a good mud mask for you?

  1. That is very good to hear, because I've been disappointed with mud masks before. I wouldn't mind paying that price if it worked. Excellent review.

  2. lol. I don't know if anyone wants their face to "radiate." What does it mean anyway? But the scrub looks nice. It's pricey but I'm sure your skin was nice and clean afterward. Seattle Beauty and Fashion - Girlie Blog Seattle
