When I accidentally pour myself into this bustier, I almost cried with tear of joy. It has been many moons since that has happened. After coming back from my cruising, I gained quite a few cruise pounds. In an effort to rid myself of these unsavvy added weight I began to exercise more and changed my eating habit. Well I am happy to say in my mid 30's, I am still able to pour myself into a piece I got in my mid-20's.
I am not a big believer of starve oneself type of diet. Instead I just step up on exercise but not the crazy sort of routine. Normally I will exercise 3 times a week but now I am trying 4-5 times weekly at about 30-40 minutes per session. Gradually I am cutting out sweets and will try my best to eat only whole food instead of proceed food. This will take more time but it is worth it because a gal gets a big ego boost for people to mistaken my age to be mid/late 20's. Heehee....... After all, we all feel young at heart so why shouldn't we look the same on the outside too.
What I am Wearing: bustier and skirt, both by Chanel
The outfit really looks good on you...
ReplyDeleteand props to you for exercising and living well,
I could only wish I had such discipline.
Great job! I also feel great when I fit in my smallest of outfits. I am slimmer than I was in my 20's so I no longer have many of my old clothes, but the feeling of being in better shape than my younger self is awesome! :)
ReplyDeleteps. do you have a FB acc, and how can I add you?
Congrats...it fits you beautifully. I love the print and the skirt gives it a sporty flair.

Such a great dress, really unusual. I hope I can say the same thing in 10 years time. We'll see. I'm trying to cut out sugary stuff from my diet, but I've got such a sweet tooth, its really hard.
ReplyDeleteYay for fitting into it. And you look so pretty in it. I'm loving your hair as well.
