When it comes to shoes, most gals can't have too many pair. In an effort to protect my wallet and conserve my shoe closet space, I will now only allow shoes which I will love for years to come take up valuable shoe space. After Savvy Sis told me of her new shoe purchased, I started to browse Prada and Miu Miu on my favorite site, Neiman Marcus. I found a few pair which were interesting.
1. Denim Miu Miu buckle and stud flat $535 --- I love denim. I have a pair of Prada denim with red trim which I just adore.
2. Miu Miu peep toe $795 --- I like the style but think those leather ties may give me grief in the future.
3. Prada peep toe bow wedge $450 --- Been looking for a pair of wedge. I will add this to my list.
4. Prada T-strap sandals $450 --- Savvy Sis got this pair in gold which would pair well with summer outfits.
When I saw these I was speechless. I can only ask WHY??? Would you pay $595 -650 for these shoes? The silver metallic style is the worst; that pair will set a gal back $850. Are designers at Prada trying to take inspiration from the bandage dress??? What do you think?
Well I adore classic styles. If this gal is going to spend her hard earned gold coins and give up valuable shoe real estate space, these two pairs are likely candidates. I like both but am leaning toward the more finished look of black Prada peep toe instead of caramel Miu Miu, although I prefer caramel color. Which do you like more and why?
