Banana Bread with Macadamia Nuts

Although I love to cook, baking is really not one of my strong points. Whenever I am at a bakery, I will always buy myself banana bread or muffin. Finally I asked Savvy Sis if she could give me her recipe because if she could bake it then it shouldn't be an issue for me. We are honest, baking is not a strong point for us. This is truly easy. Preparation time is about 10-15 minutes only. I think I spend more time mashing bananas.
3-4 ripe bananas depending on size
3/4 cup sugar
a dash of salt
a dash of cinnamon
1/2 cup of macadamia nuts chopped
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tablespoon of milk
1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in 1 tablespoon water
2 cup flour

1. Mash bananas and add egg, butter, sugar, salt, cinnamon, milk together
2. Add baking soda to flour
3. Add wet ingredient to flour and mix well
4. Add chopped macadamia nuts (can sub with walnut)

Pour into bread loaf pan and bake for 40-45 minutes at 350 degrees. I didn't have a loaf pan so I just poured mixture into a regular saute pan to bake.

Do you like banana bread??
