Easy Baby Back Rib & Arugula Salad

With my busy schedule, I love to find savvy recipes that is both delicious and easy to make. After all, modern savvy gals don't have time to slave over a hot stove for hours, especially around the holiday. I want to spend time with family and friends instead of cooking.  I prepped this easy meal in about 30 minutes from start to finish.
Baby Back Rib:
-Rub spices over good baby back rib and put in broiler about 8-9 minutes per side. I recently discovered spices from ad hoc at William-Sonoma. What is better than having Thomas Keller at my back and call. ~Smile.
Arugula Salad:
Dressing: Good virgin olive oil, salt, pepper, good balsamic vinegar, diced red onion and lemon juice.
Let red onion marinate in the dressing for a few minute before drizzle over baby arugula.

I wanted to be healthy, but what I wouldn't do to have some crispy fries with this meal. ~drooling!!!!
