I had my eyes on the Mulberry Baywater for awhile now but something always stopped me. Perhaps it was the color. At the same time, I also liked the bag for its classic silhouette. I figure if I am going to pay $950 for a bag then I should like it for a long time.
Coach Hampton on the other hand is very similar and is on the trendier side. I like the one in silver metallic. I wish the purple one is not quilted with lots of C. The purple quilted style is $898, which is not cheap at all for a trendy bag. The silver metallic would probably be around the same price range. Coach is really going upscale. So let me ask you this, which do you prefer?

These are gorgeous!! : ) xx
ReplyDeleteI like the Mulberry, but I dress rather conservatively and that fits my style. I don't like the quilting on the purple either.
ReplyDeleteI really love Mulberry! So timeless and chic!
ReplyDeleteLovely bags.. I am so excited that Mulberry is coming to Australia this year..
ReplyDeleteLOx
I am in love with the Mulberry. :D
ReplyDeletei luv the purple coach bag, but i'm a purple lover so maybe it's the color. i also don't mind the quilted C's, i like the abstract arrangement of them. :)
ReplyDeleteI like the color of the purple Coach bag, but $900?! That sounds pretty expensive, especially for Coach!
ReplyDeleteLovely!xoxo
ReplyDeleteFor years I have used double handled Longchamps bags in different colors, which unfortunately, they don't manufacture anymore. I've been thinking about buying the Mulberry bag for a while now, but now that you've shown me the one by Coach, I might be tempted to try it.
ReplyDeleteDo you think that they have it at the Coach outlet store yet!
@Belle de Ville: I highly doubted because it is a new product. : )
ReplyDeleteThat purple color is amazing.
ReplyDeleteBoth so gorgeous... I'll take the Mulberry, please!

I like the silver.
ReplyDeleteI like the silver bag but Mulberry is a classic.
ReplyDeleteHi there-really love the silver Coach one, ideal for day and night! x
ReplyDeleteMulberry for the win. I'm a big fan of that neutral shade. Especially if you are going to fork out enough to take a nice vacation.
ReplyDeleteLove Grace.
Definitely Mulberry. I am not a huge fan of ultra trendy bags and I think that the Mulberry is just such a classic :)
ReplyDeleteWhen you're looking at that steep of a price tag from Coach, I'd opt for the ever-classic Mulberry!
ReplyDeleteHmm Mulberry here, although I like how the colors of Coach spice up a very straight-forward bag. Wish they would steer away from all the logos!
ReplyDeleteI adore that Coach bag, which is saying a lot because I normally hate Coach. That bag is so classy and the color is gorgeous. Plus, it is a bag which you can have for many, many years. It will never go out of style. If I had money right now, I might actually consider buying that one...
ReplyDeleteThey are both cute but I like the Baywatrer better :)
ReplyDeletemy vote is for the mulberry. agree coach is stepping it up these days but you would prob get more wear out of the the mulberry bag...such a classic color and design.

Hate the big C's...definitely prefer the metallic.
ReplyDeletei must say i love the Mulberry one. the big C's bother me and i could definitely see myself rocking the brown everyday, more versatile than silver or purple i say.
ReplyDeletethankyou for your comment as well :)
The metallic is awesome. I'm not crazy about big logos, so I guess I'm a bit turned off by the purple, but the shape of the bag is beautiful and seems like it would be a great, practical size.
