Japanese Style Pancake

From all the food posts, it is not hard to imagine this savvy gal has been a little piggy during the month of April. The idea of stepping on a scale to see the total damage has me shaking in my Manolo. Usually I am pretty good about healthy living but something about a vacation just makes a gal forget health and moderation. Anyhoo, on my last night in Taiwan, I met up with a gal pal for dinner and we ended up having Japanese style pancake, cooked at the table. It was quite interesting and delicious.
We also ordered fried noodle, cooked at the table as well. I must say, everything taste so much better with mayo...... Now, I will go back to moderation and healthy living.  Vacation food is great but I can't afford too many of these eating session as this gal has a closet full of clothes that tells me otherwise. Do you indulge yourself more on vacation? I know I sure do!

  2. I JUST had okonomiyaki yesterday! Seriously I also think Japanese mayo is thicker than regular mayo (and I never even eat the stuff). But I love it!

  3. Lol! I know the feeling! I came back from vacation (mind you only a 6 day trip), weighing 8lbs more than I did before! But less than a week later, I'm only up 2lbs, which means it must have been a lot of water rentention and bloat. So don't be scared! I'm sure it's all worth it in the end!
