Taiwanese Food

This place is a must visit for me when I am in Taiwan. I love this place for its no fuss Taiwanese cuisine. I just can't get this in the states.Somehow the taste is always different and slightly off. Darn! Perhaps it is a good thing, else I will weight a ton.
image 1: It is literally named Buddah Jumping Over the Wall.  It is so savory and delicious, this soup will tempt even a Buddah to jump over a wall for a taste. Luxury version of this soup should have shark fin but I will avoid it if possible.
image 2: What is better than fried spare rib?  I love this with spicy white turnip.
image 3: I usually can't find small size oysters in the states.  I will eat my fill whenever I am in Taiwan.
image 4: Steam crab over rice. I am not a big fan of crab but this dish is famous.

This blog is going to turn into a food blog if I stay in Taiwan any longer. I truly miss all the delicious food when I am not here. ~Smile!
