New Kiehl Acai Moisturizer & Toner

The benefit of having friends who buy lots of beauty products is saving on products that do not work. For a while, I have been thinking about trying out something new. After hearing about this new Kiehl's Acai products from 3 separate gal pals, I decided to give this new line a chance. Acai is a berry found in Brazil. These little berries are supposed to be super antioxidant fruits which will reverse some of the damages caused by the environment. I look forward to tighter skin, diminishing lines, and overall brighter complexion. I got the moisturizer and toning mist but skipped the serum. Oh my gosh, my wallet really thanked me. The moisturizer is $45 and toner $26. Both are only a fraction of what La Mer will cost me. ~Smile.

After using this for a week, I can't say I have noticed anything different with my face yet. I just know both products work well to keep my face moist but not oily, as I have the typical T-zone issue. It is quite refreshing to spray the face in the middle of the afternoon with Acai toner. The smell is quite organic as ingredients are 100% natural. So far, I am pretty happy since my super sensitive skin has not protested against this new product. Have you tried Kiehl's Acai products yet?

  3. Haha, I definately know what you're saying about the benefit of having friends who buy lots of beauty products... Although in my situation this is my aunt, and not only does she buy loads but she ends up either not using half of them or realizing they just don't work for her... I can always find something that works for me from such piles of abandoned goodies lol

I haven't tried the products you mention, but those bottles look very attractive to me, so I guess I might give it a try if I happen to find it in stores here

  17. I've never tried Kiehl's at all, but my aunt swore by their products for a while (and maybe still does.) Let us know how it works long-term! I'm going the prescription skin care route for now. :(
