top Michael by Michael Kor beige color python tote $448
center Michael by Michael Kor red color python $298
bottom Michael by Michael Kor beige color python tote $598 (all embossed leather)
***Thanks to a anonymous comment, I rechecked the website and was disappointed to find out these were after all embossed not the actual thing. Someone must have tipped MK people off as they changed the description on me. I guess I am a little disappointed but still quite stylish and fashionable. I got all excited for nothing! : ( This just proves the saying when it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.......
I spotted a burgundy MK large python hobo with a big statement buckle, and it was gorgeous... simply gorgeous. These are nice too, but I have the image of the buckled one stuck in my head! Also, it looks even better in real life than in pictures.
ReplyDeleteI've seen them both colors but I'm not really enthusiastic about it
ReplyDeletesince i'm not a big fan of snakeskin accessories.etc.
Finally some in MY price range! When I'm paying any more than that, I think of all the other things that the money could be used for...braces, tires, college book fund LOL!
ReplyDeleteHm interesting... I like the top one!
ReplyDeleteI was just looking at Michael Kor's website and these bags that you posted are python-embossed leather so it's not real snakeskin. The ones that are natural python leather that are not available in California are in his Michael Kors line, not Michael by Michael Kors. Those bags cost around $1495. See link. Hope this helps.

I enjoy a good python print.
ReplyDeletewhy is python not available in california? ive heard of this type of thing before...
ReplyDeletealso beirn bags make affordable colorful bags, but they are watersnake i believe.
I saw the beige in person and it was very pretty!
ReplyDeleteMy heart belongs to that red python bag. So glamorous. So classy. So sexy!

Ooh, I have been coveting a python bag for ages. I'm especially smitten with the last one - love the Victorian inspired drawstring look. Very charming! :)
ReplyDeleteAffordable... that's a welcomed world on the fashion scene! Those bags seem quite something... yummy!
ReplyDeleteAffordable, yes!
ReplyDeleteI love Michael by Michael Kors. I find the designs more for the younger set and I love them.
ReplyDeleteYour concept of "affordable" is not like mine for sure.. lol

I like these. The red is my favorite.
ReplyDeletewhat a shame!
ReplyDeleteoh MK, how I heart you. He really has some amazing pieces! I love the python but I've never seen it in person either...
ReplyDeleteI remember looking at a case holder at the Chanel store in Vegas and the SA telling me that python was illegal in CA and I was like "Really?"
ReplyDeleteYes, python is illegal in CA. I learned it from my Tod's SA. Darn it!
ReplyDeleteI had no idea that python skin was illegas in CA. Is it illegal if you already have it? I wonder.
ReplyDeleteUmmm I'm not like an animal activist, however PETA is really big in CA and they might have something to do with it.
ReplyDeleteAlthough the bags look great, I'm not for wearing any animals (I don't care if its a spider or snake or rat) that were purposly killed for our pleasure. I do eat meat though, so does that make me a hypocrit. LOL I never thought of it that way. LOL
OMG...so cutieeeeee..........
ReplyDeleteThose prices did look a little low for true snakeskin. Too bad!
