Since I talked about downsizing bags with the return of smaller shoulder bags, I thought I should practice what I preach. Boy, it was harder than I expected. After getting used to tossing everything but the kitchen sink into my totes, and various oversize bags, downsizing really would take some efforts on my part. For a night out, I could accomplish downsizing with a small shoulder bag without much effort but day time was another story. I felt naked walking out of the house the other day without all my stuff. While driving I couldn't help but feel something was amiss. At the end of the day, I was able to get through without all my stuff so I would give downsizing a chance to take some weight off my poor shoulders.
What I am Wearing:
-White sleeveless polo via Banana Republic
-Small classic Chanel flap bag --- I got this way back in the days when long shoulder straps were trendy. It's been a while since I last use this darling Chanel bag so I will start again. This bag has a special place in my heart because it is my first Chanel.
-Sergio Rossi multi-color eel skin peep toe pump --- I got this a few weeks ago on Gilt but didn't get a chance to wear them until now. These are 5 inches so I am actually 5'9" for once in my life. I was tall and it felt pretty darn good. I definitely have to practice walking.
Do you have a favorite or a special bag that is close to your heart?
