A couple of years ago, I was introduced to some fun black diamonds. Before this, I thought of diamonds as white, pink, yellow and blue colors. Of course with the exception of white diamonds, I have not yet gathered enough courage to buy me some color diamonds. Regardless, I don't discriminate when diamonds are in question; I love all equally. I see black diamonds as something more fun and unique. I don't know if black diamonds are as investment worthy as a white diamonds since I have not come across any at Sotheby's and Christies yet, but these little stones sure are interesting and stylish. Recently, luxury jewelry houses such as Qeelin and De Grisogono have been using black diamonds so we shall see if black diamond might just become mainstream.(Qeelin Gold Fish via Qeelin starting at $4900 and up)

Oh, this is FANTASTIC!!! I am actually a yellow diamond LOOOOVER. I think this is because I just love yellow in general. I'm not a fan of the pink at all, because for me I can get that look for MUCH less with a semi-precious stone. But I think I still prefer a classic white diamond. I've really been wishing I had chose a solitaire for my wedding ring. But alas, I'm sure hubby will get me a new one eventually!

I just looove diamonds too!! The fish pendants on the top of the page are beautiful! I also love the circle pendant. I don't have any circle pendants....or a lot of jewelry for that matter. As for what I own, I'm sorely lacking on diamonds. All mine as accents for sapphire jewelry. But one of these days I want a very basic pair of diamond stud earrings.

Funny, I have only 1 diamond ring that my mom gave me and I rarely wear it. I love white diamonds set in platinum - it's such a classic look and goes with everything.
