While going through a H & M magazine with a friend, I came across this page which reminded me of a window display at YSL last year. At YSL a white/blue stripe shirt was paired with a bustier dress in grey wool. I never thought to put a shirt under a bustier before but the look was quite unique in a positive fashion. I must say, if I can fit a shirt or a tee underneath my bustier, I will totally rock this look. Next time when I wonder what can I wear under my bustier, I know I can definitely put a tee under to achieve a casual look. What about you, do you like this look?

I like it :) I might try it.
ReplyDeletelove this look. perfect combo
ReplyDeleteSo sassy. I love it!
ReplyDeleteI didn't. I like it!
ReplyDeleteSomehow I don't think it would look the same on me!
ReplyDeletei think it's a fabulous look! i would definitely love to rock it! x
ReplyDeletei love it! I can't remember which magazine I saw a similar look but instead of a bustier she was wearing a tube top dress worn with a puff sleeved white shirt underneath. It looked cool!
ReplyDeleteI like it and find it very trendy!
ReplyDeleteLOVE it!!
ReplyDeletei def like the look! esp if u dont want to be revealing.. another way to work an outfit. love it :)
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of this, but I've never tried it. I'm afraid it'll remind me of high school when girls weren't allowed to wear strapless or spaghetti strap tops and had to layer something underneath.
ReplyDeleteIt's the only way I could wear a dress that's cut like this. It's a fun look
ReplyDeleteyes i love this look! but i so couldn't pull it off though!
ReplyDeleteThat is ultra cool. I love that look.
ReplyDeleteI've seen this picture everywhere and I think it was a really cool way to wear a bustier!! xxoxoxo
ReplyDeleteI love this look!
ReplyDeleteI tried on the blue version of this dress at H&M soooooo good. Perfect for a night out!
ReplyDeleteI actually like it a lot - surprisingly, because it's not really my style, though my chest isn't very friendly to strapless/bustier styles. I wonder whether the height of the neckline makes a difference (crew neck vs. scoop neck?) Maybe you can demo some different styles for us.
ReplyDeleteoooh...quite nice!
ReplyDeleteI'd give 7.5 out of 10 for this look!
xo*
i like it. that looks unique and sexy. i love bustier but i dont have any bustier yet, there's no bustier in my village. maybe i should take a trip to Bali to find a bustier.
ReplyDeleteIt's cute!
ReplyDeleteI love it. I burned my chest really bad this past weekend and I have been thinking I need to go get a little white tee to slip under my dresses until I am all healed :)
ReplyDeleteI think this is such a cute look. I haven't tried it because layers make me uncomfortable but maybe someday I'll be bold!
ReplyDeleteI love it and I neeeeed more more bustier dress for the next seasons...LOL!
ReplyDeleteXoXo
I do own a bustier dress but it's cotton, considering it's sweltering Indian summer :P
ReplyDeleteBut, I'd love to have a leather one! It's so edgy and rock chic. Loving this one.
Actually the striped button down would look so much sexier that a t-shirt..I might try this out!!
ReplyDeleteXOXO
I have tried this look before and I think it's great!
ReplyDeletegreat style sis. i like it
ReplyDeleteI like it so much I want to wear it right away, but I don't have the bustier dress. :)
ReplyDeleteHi there-I agree its a fabulous look and a great way to dress down a 'dressy' dress! I hope to give it a try!!
ReplyDeleteI just saw the same look in the H&M magazine the other day and I LOVED it instantly!
ReplyDeleteI love the look. Haven't tried it yet, but hope to next time I reach for a strapless dress.
ReplyDeleteLike this look- not sure it's me though.
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love this look. If you can rock it {which I'm sure you can} I say yes yes yes.
ReplyDeleteI didn't get the Perricone yet, should I try to track it?
