How to Wear Hermes Scarf: As a Shrug

In So. Cal, day time is quite hot but the moment sun sets, this gal needs a jacket or a wrap to keep warm. I always leave a Hermes silk scarf in my bag for this purpose. In less than 15 seconds, I can turn a 36 inch scarf into a little shrug to keep my arms and shoulders warm. Silk scarf maybe very thin but it sure keeps a body warm. A 36 inch silk scarf is very versatile. It can become a tube top, or a little coverlet for chilly days.

Whenever I do this, I always receive compliments on how lovely the prints look and what a savvy way to wear a scarf. With such lovely prints and colors, it is such a waste to just wear a scarf as a plain old scarf. Don't you agree?  To make this shrug, just tie 2 corners on the same side into a secure knot and you are done. How do you wear a scarf?
