Recently I have been obsessing a little over shoes, both flats and heels. So I had a wonderful Saturday with my BFF gal pal from San Francisco. She flew down for the day so we can do an all girl day. It is the best shopping with gal pals. Anyhoo, I found another pair of Chanel for me to drool over. It's a pair of ballet flats with leather ruffle at the toe box and a darling gold double CC logo. The leather is soft and the elastic around the opening is quite comfortable. Gal pal thinks these look rather conservative but I like them for the classic timelessness. However, for gals with wide feet, this pair of ruffle ballet flats will not look as flattering because the toe box is a bit shorter and more narrow. As much as I like this new style, the price of $595 is holding me back slightly.
They are so pretty, you should be crazy for them,ahah..
ReplyDeletethose chanels are very nice.. I bet they're super comfy too... ugh gotta save gotta save money!!
ReplyDeleteWhen I win the lottery...definately a timeless classic :)

ReplyDeleteOh those would be perfect for my narrow feet if not for that price.... :(
ReplyDeleteI saw them too. I want a pair but they are a little expensive.
ReplyDeleteI like these more than Chanel classic ballerinas.
ReplyDeleteReally nice but the price is ridiculous (for me - in the eyes of a student ^^).
ReplyDeleteThey are gorgeous, but expensive, for a pair of ballets, although they are timeless...
ReplyDeleteChanel ballet flats are super expensive but they last a long time. I have some pairs of over 10 years and I still love them a lot.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful flats but for $500.00? That's a little crazy! But if I can buy them, I'll wear them forever! xxoxoxo
ReplyDeleteIf you have the funds they are classically beautiful!
ReplyDeletethose are so pretty. i think i'm in love.
ReplyDeleteThat price is insane!

ReplyDeleteThey are cute, but you know the ones on the end with the bow and the open toe are pretty awesome too! Looks like a fun store...

ReplyDeleteThese are great. Thanks for visiting and commenting on my blog. I hope your week got off to a good start. Cheers!
ReplyDeleteThose flats are perfectly chic! That price? Maybe not. At least they're black, so they're less likely to show dirt?
ReplyDeleteSo cute! My mom always reminisces back to the day when Chanel flats didn't cost nearly as much as they do today. Sigh...
ReplyDeletethose chanel flats look so classic and chic with ruffle detail. and the price so amazing....with that money i can buy 100 pieces of dress in my country. hehehe...
ReplyDeletei just bought these and i cant wait to weat them i got them 25% off. They are more comfortable than the classic balet flats
ReplyDeleteLucky gal, I really liked them too. They are very comfortable and very similar to the classic ballet flats to me.
ReplyDeleteHi Savvy Gal, do you happen to have the name or style number of these shoes? We've looked everywhere for them!
ReplyDeleteThanks!!
They carry the shoes at Bloomingdales, South Coast Plaza (Costa Mesa, CA), as well as the Chanel, Costa Mesa, CA store. I think they are low on sizes, so I recommend acting fast :)
ReplyDeleteI agree with Michelle. Try Chanel boutiques but I don't know if there are still sizes. I am not sure if it will be brought back as it is a fashion style.
