Turquoise Valentino Stitch Wedge

Technically this pair of shoes has all the elements I like such as bow, color turquoise, Valentino and my current lust, wedge. But, when everything is smashed together, these don't look very appealing to me at all, not what I expect of Valentino classic feminine design. Perhaps it's the stitching detail? I don't know, would you pay $895 for this pair of wedge.

  1. I was just eyeing a divine turquoise bag, and now these wedges? Oh, how I'd love to take both home. I've been smitten with wedges over the past few months; these would be the most perfect pair for summer! :)

  2. I think the color is great, but the bow is little too much. I would have never guessed they were Valentino - but the price tag does!

  11. nope! they kind of look like they are from anthropologie. if the price tag was a lot lot cheaper, they might be a maybe. but they are a little too young and girlie for my tastes.

The colour is great and yes the bow also, but all is not my cup of tea.

  13. Maybe it's the platform in different color? I like the CL wedge better.

  14. They're very cute as casual/daytime wear; I guess they don't scream Valentino because he's a man usually associated with uber-glam and feminine evening wear. That being said, I don't know if I'd pay that much for these wedges...

  21. I doubt I would pay $895 for a pair of shoes, regardless...but I like these wedges - the color is hot and the details are spot on.
