Tod's Pashmy Clutch

First of all, I just want say I don't shop all day long. Anyhoo, while browsing at Tod's while on vacation, I couldn't help myself but take this simple clutch home with me. I thought it might become one of those I-was-on-vacation impulse buys but I actually used this little clutch quite a few times already. The color is actually black, which will go with practically anything short of a black tie event. The material is nylon which is lightweight and washable. I had to clean off drool and food already, thanks to my nephew. This clutch measures 10" x 5.5" so I am able to put my large long wallet, cell phone, keys and a tube of lip gloss inside. The zip pocket on the front is great for valet tickets and small pocket change. The nylon material allows me to squeeze more things inside than a structure leather clutch. Although I did tell BF I would not buy another bag for a while, but this is only around $300 so it's technically not a bag category purchase, right! I am sticking to the story anyway. A gal pal tells her hubby anything below $500 doesn't count as a bag, although I don't think he buys the story! And, speaking of Pashmy collection, a gal pal purchased this hobo for herself in the blue color. She loves the light weight factor since she has to carry sippy cup and all for her toddler. The material is great because it's light weight and a gal can gently clean the surface or inside in case of an accident (which never happens with a tot in the house). Between the gals, we all agree the collection is quite easy on the arm/shoulder and the budget for everyday errands and uses. The hobo retails for $825 and measures 13" x 9" x 5", which is roomy enough even for a busy stylish mommy. Do you like the Tod's Pashmy collection?

  6. I must admit I'm not a fan of Tods but the Pashmy is a bit special. I really like it, and especially in clutch form.

  8. Hmm I wouldn't pay that much for a hobo bag like that, and personally it's not my cup of tea.

  12. Yes, I have taught DH that anything under $300 definitely does not count towards 'a bag'! ;) That is a great casual clutch, I will have to look at it next time I'm out shopping!
