I get really annoyed whenever I have mascara smudges under my eyes in the middle of the day or evening, which is often. I mean it's hard to look savvy chic when a gal looks like a panda. It's really cute on the panda but not so much on me. SO, while chatting with a make-up artist, he taught me a little trick. Using a Q-tip, take a little dab of foundation and just wipe away dark smudges under the eyes like magic. I no longer need to rub like a mad woman with a tissue. Besides, rubbing action is bad for the tender skin under our eyes. I never leave home without a couple of Q-tips and a sample bottle of La Mer foundation. I always ask my SA for little sample bottles for travel and to leave in my make-up bag to touch up in the middle of the day. What do you do when mascara smudges happen to your lovely face?
I use to rub like a mad woman! Haha, I think I'm going to use your trick! ;)

ReplyDeletewow! so i've been doing what a make-up artist would do with mascara smudges. :)
ReplyDeletegreat idea- I do the same with my touche eclat highlighter!
ReplyDeleteI use Neutrogena Makeup Correcting Stick. It's like an eraser that removes mascara smudges and overdone eyeliner.
ReplyDeleteAnh: I must check out Neutrogena correction stick.
