So I have been curious what this shopping bag inspired Chanel leather tote will be like since seeing images of these bags months ago. Now that I actually have an opportunity to look at theses in person, I must say these leather totes maybe Chanel but really nothing to write home about. If Chanel logo is not printed in front of the tote, will we even give it a second glance? Also, the price is quite unsavvy too. The large retails for $2525 and the smaller version retails for $1425, or $1245, I sorta have the number mixed up. What do you think?

ReplyDeleteI would definately not buy one of these - they are so bland and will look even more tacky in a couple of years, whereas one of the more classic shapes will never date and are a much better investment! :) x

ReplyDeleteboo! I agree with everyone else that this is not the Chanel that I would spend my money on. I saw it in W recently and had such a grimace on my face that my husband asked "what is it that made you make that face?!" two big thumbs down.

Oh no. I will not spend any money on that thing. Only a person who wants the whole world to know that is a Chanel bag will buy that.
ReplyDeletewow...that's a unique bag..but it must be expensive, i dont have much money. but if i have, i will not spend my money to buy it. i'm not looking for a branded outfits, but if the think are comfortable for me i will buy it event the price are cheap. and i will buy a cheap good bag to match my fashion. hahaha

ReplyDeleteI'm a huge Chanel fan have many styles already, I have to say this bag in person is mind blowing! I wear a lot of black & I'm usually very understated with my clothing but when I carry this bag (the white one), it really does compliment my attire. Clever little bag, head turner (as with all Chanel bags), glad I got it! Personal choice! ;) xxx
