Yummy Lunch: Din Tai Fung

I love to eat and this is a place I must visit whenever I am in Taipei. I have visited Din Tai Fung in Singapore and Los Angeles but it is not the same as the original. The entire restaurant runs like a well oiled machine and the service is professional and friendly. Each of these handmade meat filled dumpling weights almost the same. Hot juice fills my mouth after I bite into the thin outer layer. The juice is scalding hot so one must eat with care. These dumplings are must-try while dining at Din Tai Fung.
These shrimp dumplings, almost like dim sum shrimp dumpling. I never leave the restaurant without eating or taking this red bean paste cake to go. I will eat one immediately in the restaurant while it's still scalding hot even if I am 100% full. I can't wait to eat rest of my to-go cakes. Yum!
