Fry Pork & Shrimp

As a gal on weight management, I avoid fry food to reduce empty calories. However over the weekend, I finally succumb to yummy light as air tonkatsu (fry pork in Japanese) and fry ebi (shrimp in Japanese). Unlike usual greasy fry food, the bread coating is super light and crunch without excess oil. I will probable regret it when it's time to weight myself but a gal has the enjoy life once in a while, right!
