So have you purchased pieces before only to have price tags still on hanging in the closet for months or years? I have become savvier over the past few years and tries to avoid this sort of situation to save myself some savvy pennies.

So chic.
ReplyDeletewhat a gorgeous dress! I'm sure it'll look great layered with a thin sweater.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely goregous!
ReplyDeleteThere are times when I find something and I know I'll die without it... weeks later, I'm thinking, "Oh I completely forgot about you!"
lol

Love this dress, fortunately, where you live, you are still able to wear it. The temperatures are too cool to go sleeveless but I could definitely pair it with a sweater.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by. Do you see three columns on my blog? That is what it should show and I can only see two...
I am bad about purchasing clothing and then leaving it for months in the closet with the tags still on...waiting for the right occasion.
ReplyDeleteI'm awful at wearing things straight away when I buy them; most of my items lie in my wardrobe with tags on for months and months. I'm trying to stop this though!!
ReplyDeleteI'm not going to lie, I'm one of those annoying people that start wearing clothes at the store i buy it from. embarrassing I know... but i get that excited.
ReplyDeleteI have no problem with buying something and waiting months or even years to wear it. I once bought a pair of boots that I didn't wear for two years, and I've been wearing them for about three years constantly since then. Some things have to wait for their moment.
ReplyDeleteI've done that a few times, but now I try to wear each new item within a week, if possible, to get it into the rotation.
ReplyDeleteI love this dress on you. Very savvy.
i am glad i finally get to wear it. i really think it's a great buy.
ReplyDeleteWell, when I buy something I usually wear it the day right after the purchase unless I've bought the item for a future event.
ReplyDeleteBut I do have this weird obsession where I can't just come home and take all the tags off. I must take them off right before putting on the item.
Very cute!! I do this all the time. I hate when I waste my money on things that just adorn my closet.
ReplyDeletelove this dress!
ReplyDeletecute things at banana as in guys or clothes? :P
ReplyDeleteHi savvy-yes, I'm guilty of buying things and then not wearing them for a while. But I like WendyBs philosophy too. This dress looks gorgeous on you, a great buy!
ReplyDeleteFits you well dear...it's a classic!
ReplyDeleteI had that once and I took it back. It was good. It felt good.
ReplyDeleteNice Trench. that looks great.
LOVE IT!! i have a few pieces that have held tags for years.. but lately all new purchases get immediate use!
