Gucci Britt vs. Aldo Riggen Leather Sandals

If it’s possible, SG will wear sandals every day. A couple of months prior, gal pal purchased a pair of Gucci sandals with GG metal logo detail. As much as I adore Gucci and sandals, I just couldn’t pay over $300 for a pair of flip flop. The other day, another pal showed me these sandals from Aldo. At only $50, she took all 3 colors: gold, black and silver. I am very happy to say I am getting gold and black. I am in adoration with the crystal encrusted circle metal detail. At Gucci, similar pair with crystal detail costs over $500. Granted, I have seen those Gucci sandals firsthand, and the workmanship is exquisite but for over $500 saving, SG can deal with slight flaw in workmanship from Aldo. So lovely savvy gals, what is your recent savvy find?

I'm quite cheap so I wont pay $300 for a pair of sandals. I really like gold one.

All of them are really pretty. I bought a really cute pair (not designer though) on sale for 5.00. I will show them soon. Deb

I really like the geometrical and almost antiquity looking elements of the Aldo better. They are timeless. What a savvy find!!!

I tried on some Dior "flip flops" this summer, but my narrow feet slipped right out of them. Too bad. I'm sure the Guccis would fit the same, so I stick with the inexpensive Havis.
