How it works:
Tiny, dehydrated, marine collagen micro spheres are instantly absorbed by the lips, and seek out the body's natural moisture. As soon as the spheres become rehydrated, they plump and hold onto the moisture they've collected, creating a mild "swelling" of the lip tissue. The result is fuller, smoother, perfectly plumped lips in seconds. Results can last for up to 48 hours. ~ According to product description at Sephora.
Well, I eagerly put on this gloss on my kisser for the first time today. I am going to say it works. My lips look fuller within minutes but there is a slight tingly/numbing sensation within minutes too. It is not quite savvy or pleasant to say the least but beauty is pain, right! However, this sensation does go away after a while. I will still try it despite the tingling/numbing sensation and if Good House Keeping picks it as a good beauty product then Lip Fusion can’t be that bad. This temporary lips fix last about a day for me. This savvy gal has the clear color which retails for $36; other colors are available for $38. Has anyone tried Lip Fusion and is it savvy for you?
