Fall 08 Trend: Statement Jewelry

It's savvy to accessorize an outfit with bold statement jewelry pieces this fall. I am thinking I will pair these bold pieces with stream line tops, bottoms and dresses creating a contrast using bold accessories and simple silhouette.top row left to right: Kenneth Jay Lane $19.99, Jardin $79.99, Kevia $98, Stephen Dweck $1225
bottom row left to right: Kenneth Jay Lane $45, CC Skye crystal detail cuff $147, Chanel cuff with crystal flower detail

These pieces below are my savvy picks, ranging from simple to ornate which is just perfect for just about any occasion.
1. Baccarat Galet crystal cuff $445
2. Baccarat Tentation Ring $640
3. Chanel pendant necklace, with a little modification can be used to a brooch
4. Tod's leather cuff $465

So are bold jewelry pieces savvy for you and how will you wear it?

  6. I live in t-shirts, sweaters, and jeans. I go barefoot year 'round. I wear no jewelry and no makeup. I guess I'm about as un-savvy as they come, even at the age of 54. But! Thanks for stopping by and leaving your comment! It's always nice to hear a new 'voice'. I just wonder how you stumbled across me, haha! Have a great day.

  11. Yes to all of this! Bold jewels are sooo savvy!

I have a broche that I wear as a hat pin.
Am also loving an index finger ring given to me by my sister . . .
And of course a whole armload of bangles in different materials, always a good bet.

    Excellent post, SG!

great picks, but all a bit pricey for me! when i go for trendy pieces like chunky rings, etc. i like to keep them pretty affordable, so F21 is my one-stop-shop for that kind of stuff.
